We aim to present our coffee, pepper, cardamom, honey and other products as accurately as reasonably possible. Product photographs, colour, texture, grind appearance, pod size, packaging and other natural characteristics may vary slightly from what appears on your screen.

Natural and agricultural products may show reasonable variation between harvests, batches and seasons. Such natural variation does not by itself mean that a product is defective.

Prices, Taxes & Availability

Product prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, discounts and other amounts are shown during checkout where relevant.

Prices, promotions, product sizes and availability may change from time to time. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve stock.

If a product is unavailable, incorrectly priced or affected by an obvious listing error, we may contact you to resolve the issue or cancel the affected item or order and issue any applicable refund.

Orders & Acceptance

Delays can occur because of weather, transport disruption, incorrect addresses, high order volumes, courier operations or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and a reachable contact number. Additional delivery costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information may be charged where reasonable and permitted.
