From our estate to your shelves.
We supply cafés, retailers, hotels and corporate gifting from the same lots we sell by the pouch. Tell us the quantity, the delivery city and how often you need it, and we will tell you honestly whether the crop can carry it.

all grows.
Visits run through the harvest from September to January. You walk the shade canopy, stand at the wash while a lot is being pulped, and taste what came off the roaster that morning. The visit takes about three hours and includes uphill walking.
Salem Junction is the nearest railway, 32 km down the ghat road. Twenty hairpin bends, roughly an hour if the bus traffic is kind.
Visits are by appointment in small groups. This is a working plantation with tractors, jeeps and pickers, so we cannot accept walk-ins. Send your preferred date and group size before travelling.

Answers to the five we get most
If your question is here you have your answer without waiting for a reply. If it is not, the form goes to a person, not a queue.
How soon will someone reply?
One working day, usually the same evening. Between September and February the estate is picking, so replies land after the day’s lots are weighed rather than during office hours.
Can I change or cancel an order after placing it?
Until it is roasted. Orders in before noon are roasted, sealed and handed over the same day, so write to care@cliffsspicezone.in with your order number as early as you can and we will hold it.
How long will my order take to arrive?
- Within Tamil Nadu: Orders are delivered within 3 working days.
- Across India: Orders are delivered within 7 working days.
What is the minimum for wholesale?
Five kilos a line, and we would rather talk about what you go through in a month than sell you one sack. Lead time is seven to ten days once the lot is committed.
Can anyone visit the estate?
Yes, by appointment, in small groups, during the harvest. It is a working plantation with tractors on narrow roads, so we cannot take walk-ins — a week’s notice is enough.
How long do your products stay fresh, and how should I store them?
For the best quality and freshness, store each product as recommended:
- Pepper: Best used within 3 years. Store in a cool, dry place.
- Coffee: Best used within 6 months. Transfer to an airtight container after opening.
- Cardamom: Best used within 1 year. Store in an airtight container.
- Honey: Best used within 2 years. Transfer to a clean glass container for storage.
